Senior DFT Engineer

CoQube is seeking an experienced DFT engineer for the position of Senior DFT Engineer. We offer flexible and conducive work environment, with compensation matched to industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities –
- Perform scan stitching, test coverage & timing analysis, and ATPG
- Own RTL and Gate level simulations for Scan and Memory test vectors
- Own STA constraints and work with STA team to resolve timing violations
- Own IDDQ constraints generation and validation
- Support silicon bring-up and debug
- Support test pattern bring up on ATE

Required Skills –
- In depth knowledge of DFT concepts (scan, ATPG, Memory BIST, IO BIST, Logic BIST)
- Hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition/ path delay test coverage analysis
- Hands-on experience in Memory BIST
- Experience in simulating test vectors in netlist with/without SDF
- Expertise in test mode timing constraints definition, knowledge in providing timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations
- Knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules both in RTL lint tool (like spyglass) and ATPG tool like (TK, TetraMax)
- Working experience in Synopsys TetraMax/DFTMax or Cadence Encounter Test or Mentor Tessent Flow
- Ability to work in an international team, dynamic environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies
- Ability to prioritize tasks keeping timelines and deliverable quality in mind
- Ability to work simultaneously on many projects and set priorities and work to a project schedule
- Team player, fluent in English, very good oral and written communications skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- BE/BTECH or above
Preferred Qualifications –
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in IO BIST, Serdes BIST
- Familiar with C programming
- Experience in scripting languages such as perl, shell, etc.
- Ability to develop, document, rationalize and present DFT requirements to a diverse audience of engineers
- Ability to work across multi-cultural teams
