Principal DFT Engineer

CoQube is seeking an experienced DFT engineer for the position of Principal DFT Engineer. We offer flexible and conducive work environment, with compensation matched to industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities –
- Working experience in scan stitching, Scan Synthesis, scan insertion, test coverage & timing analysis, ATPG and MBIST.
- Own RTL and Gate level simulations for Scan and Memory test vectors
- Own STA constraints and work with STA team to resolve timing violations
- Own IDDQ constraints generation and validation
- Working experience in Synopsys TetraMax/DFTMax or Cadence Encounter Test or Mentor Tessent Flow
- Develops and supports design for test (DFT) structures.
- Determines design for test approaches and develops DFT architecture.
- Knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules both in RTL lint tool (like spyglass) and ATPG tool like (TK, TetraMax)

Required Skills –
- In depth knowledge of DFT concepts (scan, ATPG, Memory BIST, IO BIST, Logic BIST)
- Hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition/ path delay test coverage analysis
- Expertise in test mode timing constraints definition, knowledge in providing timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations
- Designs and verifies DFT structures for memories (MBIST), digital and analog circuitry.
- Experience in scripting languages such as perl, shell, etc.
- Understanding of failure mechanisms in silicon production and creates test algorithms.
- Supports silicon bring up of test patterns.
- Ability to work in an international team, dynamic environment
- Team player, fluent in English, very good oral and written communications skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- BE/BTECH or above
